Hello I am interested in your succlent arrangements. How do you secure them for shipping without damaging? Is there a way to redude the shipping cost of $20? What service to you use to ship. Do you guarantee live plants no broken container? Thank you, cynthia

Hi Cynthia,
I apologize for the very delayed response. Great question. When I first started, I had the same question. After a few mishaps in the very beginning, I have found a way to safely package these succulents pre-arranged in their containers. I use lots of bubble wrap and newspaper to protect the contents. After shipping over 400 orders (please check my etsy shop at https://www.etsy.com/shop/iDreamOfSucculents?ref=hdr_shop_menu), most in heavy ceramic containers, I am pretty confident when it comes to shipping these arrangements. If plants and/or containers arrive broken, I request that you contact me within 24 hours of receiving it with clear photos of the problem. I want my customers to be happy with the product, so my policy has been pretty generous. Thanks again for your question. Please keep visiting my website as I try to post more stories up.
